How quickly is an order prepared?

Payment-authorized orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch normally takes 4–6 business days.

Can I request a return or exchange?

Eligible new and unused items, as well as damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items, may be submitted for review within 30 days after delivery. Read the Refund Policy before mailing a return.

Is a return label provided?

A free prepaid return label is included in the package. Contact birendrasanu9@gmail.com if it is missing.

When is an approved refund started?

We process or initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may take longer to post it.
