Use the information below when ordering Shokz products from this store.

Thirty-day request window

A return or exchange request may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Eligible new, unused items may be returned for reasons including a change of mind or an incorrect selection. Damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items are also reviewed.

Approval and return shipment

Email birendrasanu9@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will review the request and provide the approved return instructions and correct return address. The mailing address on the Contact Us page is not automatically the return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchanges and refunds

Eligible exchanges depend on review and available inventory. After a refund is approved, we will process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
